After delivering their son, JJ, at Madison Regional Health System in May 2023, Justin and Abby Hall have chosen to continue their family’s medical care at the facility. We thank them for sharing their experience!
“The number one reason we chose to continue care at MRHS is how close to home it is,” Abby and Justin Hall shared. “To have such an outstanding facility in a small town like Madison is truly a blessing. It is easy to get appointments and be seen in a timely manner and the scheduling team is always efficient and accommodating.
They recently had a positive experience with Dr. Ryan Buse, when JJ came down with the flu. After an acute care appointment, Dr. Buse was diligent in addressing the family’s concerns, stating, “He was so kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and very knowledgeable.”
Following Dr. Buse’s examination, JJ required further care and encountered a supportive team of nurses Morgan, Rebecca, and Erin. Dr. Buse personally checked on JJ multiple times throughout the day, a gesture that resonated deeply with the Halls. “It really touched us that he was so present during the process,” Justin and Abby remarked.
The Halls emphasized how personalized their care felt throughout the experience. “Dr. Buse and the nurses listened to our needs and cared for us as a family with a very sick toddler,” Abby noted. “They gave us ample personalized attention, which is a perk of a community-based, rural hospital. They recognized our worries as new parents and made us feel as comfortable as possible given the serious situation.”
As they reflect on their experience, Justin and Abby express their gratitude. “We love that our doctors, nurses, and staff live among us and are a part of our community. We look forward to delivering at MRHS again this summer!”
