MyChart is Madison Regional Health System’s new patient portal! MyChart is your secure online health connection, giving you access to your health information and a direct connection to your care team, with tools to help you actively participate in your care.
Through MyChart, You Can:
- View all of your health information in one place: See your medications, test results, upcoming appointments, medical bills, price estimates, and more, all in one place, even if you’ve been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
- Communicate with your doctor: Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.
- Access your test results: No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your doctor’s comments within days.
- Manage your appointments: Schedule your next appointment, or view details of your past and upcoming appointments.
- Take care of your children and other family members: Stay on top of everyone’s appointments and check in on family members who need extra help, all from your account.
How Do I Access MyChart?
On your computer, go to, https://mychart.ochin.org/MRHSMyChart/Authentication/Login?postloginurl=Home%2f, or click the button below.
On your mobile device, download the MyChart Mobile App. After you’ve installed the app, select Madison Regional Health System from the list of organizations. If you don’t see it right away, you can search by state or ZIP code.
Sign Up for a MyChart Account
You can sign up for a MyChart account in two ways – either on the MyChart website or through the MyChart mobile app.
From here, there are two ways to create an account:
- With an Activation Code: You may have received this code in an After Visit Summary, a text message, or an email after your appointment.
- Without an Activation Code: You can still sign up by following the instructions on the MyChart website or app.
To Sign Up With an Activation Code
- From the MyChart login screen on the MyChart website or MyChart mobile app, select Sign Up Now.
- Enter your activation code and other personal verification items. Select Next.
- Follow the steps to create your MyChart account.
To Sign Up Without an Activation Code
- From the MyChart login screen on the MyChart website or MyChart mobile app, select Sign Up Now.
- Click the “Sign Up Online” option under “No Activation Code?“
- Follow the steps to verify your identity and create your MyChart account.
Already Registered?
If you are already registered with another organization, log in to your account and click Switch Organizations in the upper right corner to add Madison Regional Health System as a new organization.

Billing Information
As we continue to transition to MyChart, you may receive two separate billing statements from MRHS for different dates of services. Any visits or services with dates of service April 1st, 2025, and prior will be part of our old system, and any visits or services with dates of service April 1st, 2025 and after, will be part of our new system.
For dates of service prior to April 1st, please use Secure Bill Pay.
For dates of service after April 1st, please use MyChart Bill Pay.
