Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) is a FREE strength, balance, and fitness class designed for adults 65 and older, aimed at improving mobility and reducing fall risks. This 12-week program, led by MRHS employees, starts on July 7th, and meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 10 am at the Peaceful Pines Community Room. Exercises are adapted for various abilities, and participants will receive “SAIL: An Information Guide for Adults 65+.” To register, please call (605)-256-8915.
