Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, we are here to support you. Classes are free to attend and begin at 5:30 pm in Madison Regional Health System Conference Room #1.

This one-session class is for expectant parents who are planning to breastfeed and those who are undecided. Information provided in the class includes:

How to Know if Your Baby is Adequately Fed
Breast Milk Expression & Storage
Baby Care Education

This two-session class addresses basic knowledge about your baby’s needs. Our small group size allows for demonstration, practice, and discussion that includes:
Sights and Sounds of a Newborn
Basic Daily Care (including bathing, diapering, crying and calming, and dental care)
Postpartum & Parenting
Responding to Emergencies (including Infant CPR)
Childhood Immunizations
Speech and Language Development
